Floods, wildfires, tropical storms, drought. Food crisis, water shortage, displacement, conflict. The impacts of the climate crisis are already everywhere and affect people deeply – hitting harder those in the most vulnerable areas or social conditions, who have often contributed the least to worsening this emergency.
We can change it, make sure other generations will inherit a safer world. My name is Marcin Leszczynski and I'm a photographer at Boden London. With the Photography Studio at Boden HQ we decided to organise an internal photo shoot for our employees and friends where we will be raising money in aid of 350.org, an international movement of ordinary people working to end the age of fossil fuels and build a world of community-centred renewable energy for all, and in support of the world we want to see, leaving no one behind. 350.org is doing this with the urgency the climate crisis demands of us.
Do you want professional studio portraits for LinkedIn, unforgettable photographs with friends, goofy Photo Booth-style images or a cute memory with your pet? All in support of a good cause? Please come to Boden’s Christmas Market in The Folly at Boden House (114-120 Victoria Rd, London NW10 6NY) between 11am and 4pm on the 29th of November. Just pick the style of photographs you want and simply donate as much as you feel like using the QR code displayed on site. All money will go directly to 350.org.
